Zamaca's Mission statement

Our mission is to provide memorable hospitality services on the basis of a candid rapport with our Customers; to discuss what the customer wants to achieve and commit to the factors that influence the best results.

Zamaca' is situated on the spectacular Southeast coast of St. Lucia, about 15 minutes from the Hewanorra international airport, near the quaint fishing village of Micoud. The land is distinctive and dramatic, with a dominant headland jutting out into the Atlantic on the east, and to the north, a magnificent crescent and a beach, a wonderful quiet intimate strand of sand, adorned by the estuary of the Fond River. A hiker's paradise, the Peninsula is a throve for adventurers and photographers, with its lush vegetation, the colors of the seas, and the sound and sight of a cave on the sea!

Zamaca' provides visitors with a tranquil destination in a beautiful setting, an immediate short distance from other natural attractions.

The operations are seen as the coordinated outcome of dedicated personnel working as a unit: as such the values of Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity, are fostered and reinforced by means of pre-job briefs and periodical communal discussions. Through these meetings we identify problems and areas for improvement, in a spirit of co-operation with the entire staff, for continuous learning.

The owners make good use of their worldwide traveling experience in applying the principles of good business, customer service and relations. Together, the owners vaunt the command of five foreign languages, and the knowledge of the characteristics and nuances of many different cultures, between Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. Specifically, Ms. Boccato has an academic education in Business Management and the experience of several decades in catering. Her catering customer basis ranges from private parties, to Churches, and corporate clients, with number of servings up to 500 at any one time. Wedding receptions, special advertised celebrations, and formal services are also offered, for which the elegant and capacious settings are ideal.
